Deadlines
Abstract submission for oral communication: March 4, 2024

Notification of abstract selection: April 30, 2024

Specifications
Abstracts must be submitted in English
Margins 2 cm (about 0.79 in) each side (text fitting in one page)
Generic and specific taxon names and Latin terms should be italics
Do not cite references, unless needed (in that case use only the author’s name)
Figures and Tables are not permitted in the Abstract

Posters: A1 84.1 cm x 59.4 cm (width x height), one-page portrait orientation poster PDF. The posters will be exhibited during the conference days
How to submit an abstract
1.
Prepare an abstract with the following:
a.
Title: Title in lower case. Title must not exceed 30 words or 180 characters
b.
Author names: Do not abbreviate first names
c.
Affiliations: Indicate authors’ affiliations and addresses. Include e-mail address of at least the first author
d.
Abstract: The Abstract must be in running text (no paragraphs) and show the essential qualities of the presentation, including an objective statement on the obtained results. Text must be 200 to 400 words, excluding other items
e.
Key words: Include at least one and no more than five key words or expressions; do not repeat title words or expressions
f.
Submission type and conference topic/theme: Oral presentation or poster. See list of themes above. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to request that an oral presentation be changed to a poster or vice versa, to help ensure balanced thematic sessions. Click here for an abstract template

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your abstract
All abstracts, both oral and poster presentations, will be published in the abstract eBook.
